Free assessments and information
Free assessments, consultations and content on the Site are provided for general information. They do not create a client relationship and are not legal, financial, lending or compliance advice. Submitting a form does not obligate you to buy anything.
No guarantee of results
Examples, sample dashboards and client results on the Site illustrate what is possible and are not a promise of future performance. Results depend on your market, budget, offer, operations and other factors outside our control. Sample data shown on the Site is illustrative.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUSELL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Governing law
