Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Cusell Marketing ("Cusell," "we," "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit cuselleration.com (the "Site"), submit a form, or communicate with us. It does not cover the data we process on behalf of our clients under separate client agreements.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an assessment or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, market or city, your role, and anything you write in the form.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, the date and time of your visit, and campaign parameters (for example, UTM tags, Google click IDs and Meta click IDs). We collect this using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
Information from others. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, business-data providers and referral partners.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, prepare your assessment and schedule calls.
- To contact you by email, phone and, with your consent, text message about our services.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To measure the performance of our marketing and advertising, including showing you relevant ads on other sites and platforms.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
Text messaging
If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Cusell Marketing, including automated messages, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help, or contact us at info@cuselleration.com.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who help us deliver messages.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Tennessee and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email info@cuselleration.com or call (714) 852-3516. We will verify your request before acting on it. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
California notice at collection. In the past 12 months we collected identifiers, commercial information, internet activity information, geolocation derived from IP address, and professional information, for the purposes described above. We retain each category only as long as needed for those purposes.
Retention and security
We keep personal information as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date above.
